An 18-year-old man, firing at least three different weapons, roamed across a quiet, middle-class neighborhood in Farmington, New Mexico, on Monday, riddling houses and cars indiscriminately. Before being fatally shot by police, the gunman killed three elderly women and wounded six others, including two responding law enforcement officers.

“NM Supreme Court denies request to remand PNM/Avangrid merger case”
