“NM Gov. largely accepts Legislature’s spending plans as veto deadline passes”

Lujan Grisham describes record $10.2 billion state budget as “carefully considered” by legislature. As of yesterday’s deadline, the governor had signed 69 bills, including the budget, capital outlay bill and tax package, with relatively minor revisions. She vetoed one bill outright and pocket-vetoed another.
