At the request of Hillsboro residents, there will be a public meeting to discuss the county’s proposed new solid waste ordinance. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 27, 2023 at 5:15 pm and will take place in the Hillsboro Community Center at Elenora Street in Hillsboro.
According to the county manager’s office the meeting will be attended by the commissioners and the county manager.
The proposed ordinance can be found on pages 3-16 in the information packet from the June 20, 2023 county commission meeting.
