“U.S. Supreme Court lets ban on Couy Griffin from holding office stand”

The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal of former Otero County commissioner Couy Griffin, who a state district court barred from holding office after he was convicted for a crime involving the January 6, 2021, insurrection.
