Failed gubernatorial candidate Rebecca Dow, who will step down from her position as Sierra County’s New Mexico House representative, has agreed to pay a civil penalty for her violations of the state Governmental Conduct Act.

  1. McKay really buried the lede about Dow leaving the state House in the next to last paragraph. Thanks for pointing this out in your post, Diana. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known.
