It certainly would be interesting to find out that there might be SOME evidence of intelligent life in this sector of the Universe since our species has simply failed in the most basic of the qualifications for “intelligence” – namely, “self preservation”! If they’re really clever maybe they’ll give us some advice, provided we don’t shoot them down first (which is the most likely reaction!)
