A maestro of the violin, Jack Glatzer returns to our area after a 5 year absence. His classical repertoire extends from J.S. Bach to Niccolo Paganni. The Sierra CountyArts Council is pleased to host Glatzer in concert on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:00 pm, at Grapes Gallery, in Truth or Consequences.
Currently living in Olympia,Washington, Glatzer was born in Dallas, TX, educated at Yale and Oxford, and has been performing internationally since 1968. He has graced the stages at the Sydney Opera House, the Hong Kong Arts Centre, St. Martin’s in the Fields, the National Arts Center in Ottawa, and music festivals such as Prades, Wimbledon, Cambridge, Menton and Estoril.
