“Outdoor recreation in New Mexico grew in 2022”

Abetted by the state’s investment of $10 million in community-proposed recreation infrastructure projects since the Grisham administration established an Outdoor Recreation Division in 2019, outdoor recreation contributed $2.4 billion in added value to New Mexico’s economy last year and created almost 28,000 jobs.
