“Boeing sues Virgin Galactic over mothership project”

Virgin Galactic’s stock is falling as it faces a lawsuit from Boeing, alleging that the suborbital spaceflight company, the major tenant of the Sierra County-based Spaceport America, has refused to pay more than $25 million and misappropriated trade secrets associated with a colloboration to develop a new aircraft.
