Often acting in partnership with his fellow U.S. Senator Ben Ray Luján and members of New Mexico’s congressional delegation, Senator Martin S. Heinrich secured funding for community projects throughout the state in the six Fiscal Year 2024 Appropriations bills that have been signed into law.
