The rules require automakers to deliver an increasing percentage of new zero-emission cars and light duty trucks for sale in New Mexico each year to achieve the goal that by 2032, 82 percent of all new vehicles delivered by the automakers to New Mexico are zero-emission vehicles.

“Spaceport lawsuit settled before trial start”

The New Mexico Spaceport Authority settled a three-years-long civil lawsuit by a former employee who alleged discrimination and retaliation, just before a trial was scheduled to begin July 31.
